What is the reach and how much can it lift?
The 5.0 arm reaches approximately 40 cm and lifts approximately 500 g, depending on which joint you use the most.
How do I control the arm from my PC?
It includes the control app for Windows and Linux, and you can also use the web version right in your browser: sliders per servo, speed, and save/play sequences.
Do I need a 3D printer?
Yes. All our kits include the 3D models (STL) so you can print the parts at home with any FDM printer. The kit includes everything else: electronic components, screws and tools.
Where do I get the digital files after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed you get an email with the download link (with Binance Pay it unlocks ~2 minutes after paying). They also stay available in your store account.
Are digital files refundable?
They are non-refundable. But if you picked the wrong version or file, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you sort it out.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide. To the U.S. it takes 8 to 15 days.
