Welcome to Creator Store. By accessing or using our website fabricreator.com or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. About Creator Store

Creator Store is an online store operated by Alexander Fabrizio Maylle Lugo, based in Peru, specializing in educational robotics kits, electronic components, and materials for makers, students, and technology enthusiasts worldwide.

2. Use of the Website

By using fabricreator.com, you declare that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you need the authorization of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
• The information you provide during the purchase process is truthful, current, and complete.
• You will not use the site for illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that harm third parties.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the website.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate accounts if we detect fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms.

3. Products and Availability

All products in our store are subject to availability. We strive to keep catalog information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all items are always available.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colors, design, or accessories may exist depending on available stock, and this does not constitute a defect.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices on fabricreator.com are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include the product cost and free worldwide shipping. Prices may change without notice, but the applicable price is the one shown at the time you completed payment.

Payments are processed securely through these platforms. Creator Store does not store credit or debit card data.

In some countries, your bank may apply fees for international purchases. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Purchase Process and Order Confirmation

1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your shipping information and select a payment method.
3. Complete payment through PayPal or MercadoPago.
4. Receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
5. Your order is processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
6. Receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Order confirmation does not imply definitive acceptance on our part. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases (detected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability) and will issue a full immediate refund.

6. Shipping

Orders ship with free worldwide delivery. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

8. Warranty

Physical products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, overvoltage, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.

To apply the warranty, the customer must provide documented evidence of correct product use (photos, videos, voltage record used). Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

9. Digital Products and Intellectual Property

Digital files included in Creator Store kits (STL models, Arduino code, control application) are the intellectual property of Alexander Fabrizio Maylle Lugo / Creator Store and are licensed solely for the buyer's personal and educational use.

The content of the FABRI Creator YouTube channel (@FABRIcreator), including videos, tutorials, and code, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without express authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

Creator Store shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Injuries or damage caused by incorrect or unsupervised use of the robotics kits.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure.
• Data loss on the customer's devices during use of our digital files or applications.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Educational Institutions and Wholesale Orders

Creator Store offers special conditions for institutional purchases for schools, universities, STEM academies, and educational robotics labs. Contact us directly at support@fabricreator.com to learn about available options.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on fabricreator.com. Continued use of the store after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
