At Creator Store we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in the world. Here you will find everything you need to know about how our shipping works.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
All Creator Store orders include free shipping to any country in the world, with no minimum purchase and no additional costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
2. Shipping Origin
Our orders are dispatched from our warehouses in China, allowing us to offer competitive prices with free global shipping. Your order is inspected, securely packaged, and shipped directly to your address.
3. Processing Times
Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days before being dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order is on its way.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in China.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
The following times are estimates from the dispatch date (not the purchase date):

These timeframes are estimates. They may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check your shipment status at any time through:

If 5 business days after dispatch confirmation you have not received your tracking number, contact us at support@fabricreator.com.
6. Secure Packaging
All kits and components are packed with antistatic and shock-resistant materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each order includes:
- Antistatic protection for electronic components.
- Reinforced outer box resistant to impacts.
- Component verification before sealing.
7. Customs and Import Taxes
Customs fees, tariffs, and import taxes that may apply in the destination country are the buyer's exclusive responsibility. Creator Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict them, as they vary by country and local regulations.
We recommend consulting your country's import regulations before purchasing, especially for high-value orders.
In many countries, low-value orders (below a certain threshold) enter without additional charges. However, we cannot guarantee this.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, follow these steps:
- Check the tracking status on 17track.net or our tracking page.
- Wait 5 additional business days beyond the maximum estimated timeframe (customs delays are common).
- If the package does not appear or tracking shows no movement, contact us at support@fabricreator.com with your order number.
We will open an investigation with the courier service. If the loss is confirmed, the choice is yours:

9. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. If you notice an error in the address, contact us immediately at support@fabricreator.com or WhatsApp +51 990 996 163.
If the order has already been dispatched with an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
10. Orders Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the damaged packaging before opening it.
- Photograph the damaged components.
- Contact us within 72 hours of receipt at support@fabricreator.com with the photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
