Refund Policy

At Creator Store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy describes the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 3 calendar days from the time of purchase to request it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it before initiating the return process.

2. Returns — Timeframe and Conditions

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Requirements for an accepted return

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • It must include all components, accessories, and tools from the kit.
  • It must be in its original packaging or equivalent that protects the return shipment.

Returns are not accepted for

  • Products with damage caused by incorrect use, overvoltage, mishandling, or accidents.
  • Digital files (STL, Arduino code, control application) that have already been downloaded — see section 7.
  • Products that have been modified, soldered, or altered in any way.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@fabricreator.com or WhatsApp +51 990 996 163 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within a maximum of 24 hours.
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases covered by the Warranty section (defective or incorrect products).

We recommend using a service with a tracking number. Creator Store is not responsible for products lost during the return shipment.

5. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used in the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.

Available options upon an approved return

Option Description
Full refund We return the full amount to your original payment method (card, PayPal, MercadoPago).
Product exchange We send a replacement product at no additional cost. Delivery time is equivalent to your original order.

The choice is yours — whichever is most convenient for you.

6. Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

All physical products from Creator Store carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date the order is received.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Components that do not work from first use without having been incorrectly handled.
  • Parts that fail within the warranty period under normal conditions of use.

Documentation required to apply the warranty

The customer must provide evidence demonstrating correct use of the product:

  • Video or photographs showing the problem.
  • Record of the voltage used and the configuration applied.
  • Description of the procedure followed during assembly and programming.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging condition at the time of receipt.

For a defective product, we offer

  • Refund for the defective component so you can purchase it locally immediately.
  • Reshipment of the component at no additional cost, with the same delivery times as your original order.

7. Digital Files — Special Policy

Digital files included in the kits (STL models, Arduino code, ROBOTIC ARM CONTROL FABRI CREATOR app) are non-refundable once downloaded, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

If you have trouble accessing the files or find errors in them, contact us at support@fabricreator.com and we will resolve it immediately.

8. Orders Damaged in Transit

If your order arrived visibly damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Photograph the damaged packaging before opening it.
  2. Photograph the damaged components.
  3. Contact us within 72 hours of receipt with photographic evidence at support@fabricreator.com.

We will arrange a reshipment or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Educational Institutions and STEM Organizations

Creator Store offers special conditions for institutional purchases intended for schools, universities, STEM academies, and robotics labs. Contact us directly to learn about the available options.
